Shipping and Policies

We offer the following shipping options: call for a Quote. Phone (724) 868-2596. FEDEX now carries the birds for the Postal Service to your Post Office. Our billing procedure is full payment upon ordering, by credit card or check, or if you request a 50% deposit and balance due 3 weeks prior to the ship date.

Orders less than $200 must be paid in full at time of odering, unless previously discussed.

all sales are final, we do not issue refunds as day-old chicks do not have a shelf life.

We do appreciate your business, and are available for consultation on raising your birds.

Receiving your chicks: we advise oppening the boxes at the post office to make sure that eveything is O.K., if there is a problem inform the postmaster as they will have to verify the problem on the claim form as all shippments are insured for live delivery, by the postal service. In the event your Postmaster does not know how to file a claim call us for instruction at 724-868-2596.

Please note that as Day-Old Chicks do not have a shelf life we must insist that All sales are Final.

However, we will try and work with you, in an unavoidable situation, that you need to change your ship date.

Please note that we are dealing with mother nature and sometimes she has a mind of her own, I'm sure you have heard the old adage " Don't count your chickens before they hatch" from time to time we may run a week and sometimes two behind schedule, this happens to every hatchery at times, this is not typical and we make every effort to keep our orders shipped on time.

Also, in the case of extremely hot or cool temperatures the Postal Service will not ship chicks that week.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
